Meet the TEAM at AgvoKate! As exciting as it is to grow a business, it’s also daunting. I found myself struggling to do it all. In the past two years, I’ve hired a team of people who each bring a specific set of skills and talents to the table.
Kacee Bohle, Coach at AgriMinds
Kacee’s posts started appearing in my Instagram feed and they spoke to me with lines like, “Growing vs Scaling Yourself and Your Business”. Through her website, I learned that she was a solopreneur like me and understood the agriculture world. I hired her as my business coach in December 2023 and haven’t looked back. Kacee is always in my corner, rooting me on or calling me out on my bullshit. She’s coached me through some of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. She never tells me what to do but instead encourages me to make decisions through various schools of thought. She keeps me accountable for the development of my new ideas and projects and helps me see them through. Being self-employed can be a lonely position, but knowing Kacee is only a message away has helped push not only my business, but myself ahead.

About AgriMinds: Kacee Bohle’s work helps agriculture professionals like Katie strengthen confidence, simplify strategy, and serve their clients better—without losing themselves in the process. Beyond one-on-one coaching, Kacee leads AGRIMINDS® Live and is hosting the AGRIMINDS® Summit in March 2026, an in-person event focused on balance, clarity, and growth within agriculture. Anita H. Spanish Instructor Assistant, Retired Spanish Teacher and Co-Grammar Nerd
Anita first took my courses in 2023. I was puzzled as to why a Spanish teacher would take my courses? I learned that she was teaching English at a dairy farm in her home state of Wisconsin and, without a background in dairy, needed to learn dairy and agricultural specific terms in order to help that dairy team better. We became fast friends over our love of the Spanish language and our fascination with the grammar! (we’re weird, we know).

Fast forward to the Winter 2024 session, which saw 76 enrollments. While I was over the moon, I knew I needed help. That’s a lot of students to care for and a lot of homework submissions to review, on top of everything else I do within AgvoKate. Anita didn’t hesitate when I asked her if she wanted to come on board. She has been an absolute Godsend, and I don’t know how I taught courses without her. She gives thoughtful, thorough feedback to students, helps clarify things for them, and teaches in times when I cannot.
Like me, Anita has had many experiences traveling in the Spanish-speaking world and has a deep love for the culture. She also has experience as an interpreter in a variety of school and community settings, like her local pregnancy center.
Elizabeth A. Social Media and Content Manager, Abundance Creative
Most of the content you see on social media and in my monthly newsletter is the product of Liz and I putting our heads together to develop AgovKate’s content. I come with the ideas and rough drafts, and she works her literary magic to transform them into fluid works of art. I’ll let you in on a secret, I really don’t like social media (gasp!). I would much rather spend my time with people in person. I also struggle to find time to write and post on a consistent basis. Anyone who runs a business knows that running social media platforms for a business and doing occasional personal posts are two completely different undertakings. Doing social media takes careful planning and strategy!

Liz keeps me and my platforms organized (a full-time job) and accountable to keep you all up to date on what’s happening in my world.
About Abundance Creative: An award winning writer and editor with more than a decade of experience in strategic communications and public relations, Elizabeth Arnold founded Abundance Creative in September of 2024. Her work helps small businesses and non-profits develop messaging and content strategies that reach audiences through the power of storytelling. To learn more: https://www.abundance-creative.com/
Entrepreneurship has its challenges, and I still struggle with delegating other tasks. Eventually, I would love to grow the team by hiring a personal/virtual assistant, but it just doesn’t make sense financially right now. But my trusted team of coaches, consultants, and assistants keep AgvoKate moving steadily forward and keep me sane!
