An in-person English learning program, personalized for your farm

Help your Hispanic employees learn English

Remove the barriers preventing your Spanish-speaking team members from learning English with customized, farm-focused, ESL for agriculture training.

Many farm owners who take our Spanish classes say:

"This is great, but shouldn't my Spanish-speaking employees learn English?"

And we say, of course! Agriculture works best when everyone can communicate effectively and that’s why our tagline is “meet in la mitad” or “meet in the middle”. Your Hispanic employees want to learn English and benefit greatly from in-person classes but ag workers face more barriers than most.

Typical ESL (English as a Second Language) classes may be unaffordable, incompatible with farm schedules, or too far away to attend.  The AgvoKate ESL program was created because we acknowledged these challenges and wanted to provide an option for farms to support their employees.

Frequently
Asked
Questions

How is this different from your Spanish classes?

Our Spanish classes follow a structured, 8-week online format. ESL for agriculture programs are completely customized, in-person experiences designed around each farm’s specific needs.

Success requires buy-in from your employees. We’ve found that when employers frame this as professional development and show genuine investment in their team, participation is enthusiastic.

Every program is different. We design the timeline based on your employees’ current skill level, your specific goals, and your farm’s schedule. Average programs run between 4-8 weeks long.

We assess each participant and can structure training to accommodate different skill levels, or recommend separate groups if needed.

Today’s ag workforce is diverse.
